Senior Manager - Oracle Fusion Financials ERP

Core requirement: Senior ERP/IT Finance leader with 8+ years of ERP/IT Finance experience, 3+ years of Oracle Fusion Financials, and 3+ years of people/team leadership. Key Requirements * Strong Oracle Fusion Financials experience GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, etc. * Led Oracle Fusion implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and transformations. * Strong understanding of ERP architecture, integrations, and cloud/SaaS ERP. * Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting. * Ability to bridge Finance and IT, translating business requirements into ERP solutions. * Experience managing ERP analysts/developers and cross-functional teams. * Strong project/change management timelines, budgets, stakeholders, training and adoption. * Experience with financial controls, compliance, system documentation, and process improvement. * Bachelor s degree in IT, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. * Oracle Cloud Financials certification is a plus. * Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.
