Oracle Field Service Implementation

• Lead Oracle Field Service Cloud implementation and enhancement projects.
• Conduct business requirement workshops with stakeholders.
• Configure OFS according to operational and business requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Support solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.

Field Workforce Management

• Configure workforce structures including:

o Field Technicians o Contractors o Supervisors o Dispatchers o Service Regions

• Configure work zones, shifts, calendars, and travel parameters.
• Optimize workforce utilization and productivity.

Scheduling & Dispatch Management

• Configure routing and scheduling rules.
• Implement automated dispatch optimization.
• Manage:

o Work Orders o Service Appointments o Crew Assignments o Emergency Field Requests

• Improve field response times and SLA compliance.

EPC and Infrastructure Operations Support

• Support field operations related to:

o Utility Construction o Power Delivery Projects o Pipeline Construction o Network Infrastructure Deployment o Renewable Energy Sites o Data Center Projects

• Enable real-time visibility into field activities.
• Improve coordination between project management and field teams.

Mobility & Field Execution

• Configure Oracle Field Service Mobility.
• Support mobile workforce capabilities including:

o Work Order Execution o Asset Inspections o Material Consumption o Time Reporting o Photo Capture o GPS Tracking

• Ensure offline functionality for remote project sites.

Integration Responsibilities

• Integrate OFS with:

o Oracle Fusion ERP o Oracle SCM Cloud o Oracle Projects (PPM) o Oracle Maintenance Cloud o CRM Applications

• Support data synchronization between enterprise systems and field platforms.
• Assist technical teams with API and integration requirements.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop operational dashboards and reports.
• Monitor KPIs including:

o Technician Utilization o First-Time Fix Rate o Schedule Compliance o Workforce Productivity o Travel Time o SLA Performance

• Provide insights to operations leadership.

Testing & Support

• Develop test scenarios and test scripts.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Resolve production issues and system defects.
• Train dispatchers, supervisors, and field technicians.
• Support Oracle quarterly cloud updates and regression testing.

Candidates MUST have relevant hands-on Construction/EPC domain experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of Oracle Field Service consulting experience.
• Experience implementing Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of mobile workforce management.
• Experience in field operations and dispatch processes.
• Knowledge of service lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within:

o EPC o Infrastructure Construction o Utilities o Energy o Telecommunications o Power Delivery Organizations

• Oracle Field Service Cloud Certification.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP ecosystem.
