Requirements

• 5+ years of Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) consulting experience, including hands-on implementation.
• Mandatory Construction/EPC or Infrastructure domain experience.
• Strong expertise in Routing & Scheduling, Capacity Management, Dispatch Console, Mobility Configuration, Resource Management, and Work Order Management.
• Experience in field workforce management, dispatch optimization, crew scheduling, and mobile field operations.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end OFS implementations (at least 1-2 projects).
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP integration; OIC and REST/SOAP APIs preferred.

• Strong understanding of work order lifecycle, field operations, and resource planning *

• Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required
