Senior Design Engineer

On offer is full product training and the option to work from home when needed. You will be responsible for designing new and standard custom equipment, including drive, hydraulic, pneumatic and thermal systems. You’ll also mentor junior engineers in a team of 9, with some international travel., * Design new and standard custom equipment in SolidWorks, seeing it through from concept to commissioning

• Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers within a team of 9
• Clear progression into lead and management positions as the business grows

• Senior mechanical design experience with an OEM or custom equipment manufacturer
• Strong 3D CAD skills, ideally SolidWorks
• Understanding of OEM design and manufacturing processes

$110,000 - $140,000 + Bonuses + Training + Career Progression + Medical + Dental + Vision + Life Insurance + 401(k) Match + PTO
