Hardware Design Engineer

• Design and develop complex hardware systems and high-speed PCB designs.
• Create schematics and support PCB layout reviews.
• Perform board bring-up, debugging, and hardware validation.
• Analyze and resolve hardware, signal integrity (SI), and power integrity (PI) issues.
• Work with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, and SerDes.
• Collaborate with FPGA, software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop and execute validation test plans and support product qualification activities.
• Support manufacturing and field issues during product deployment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in hardware design and development.
• Strong knowledge of digital circuit design and high-speed board design.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools (Cadence/Altium or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with board bring-up, debugging, and validation.
• Knowledge of SI/PI analysis and hardware test equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Experience with networking, telecom, or data center hardware products is preferred.
