Systems Admin

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator - MEDITECH Expanse EHR to support, maintain, and optimize our electronic health record (EHR) systems in an acute and/or ambulatory healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with MEDITECH Expanse, ensuring system reliability, performance, security, and effective support for clinical and administrative operations., * Administer, maintain, and support MEDITECH Expanse EHR applications and related systems.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate resolutions.
• Support EHR configuration, system updates, testing, and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to improve workflows and system functionality.
• Assist with system integrations, data integrity, access management, and security compliance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, and technical records.
• Support compliance with healthcare IT policies, privacy requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, reliability, and user experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Information Systems, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with MEDITECH Expanse Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems in an acute care and/or ambulatory healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical information systems.
• Experience troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining EHR applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, administrative, and technical teams., * Experience with MEDITECH Expanse implementation, upgrades, optimization, and application support.
• Familiarity with healthcare system integrations and interoperability standards.
• Knowledge of healthcare data security, patient privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting end users in a hospital or ambulatory care environment., * Acute or Ambulatory Meditech : 5 years (Required)
