Senior Associate, IT Tech

• Support Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, Crestron, and Poly devices
• Prepare and support business and executive meetings, including pre-meeting checks, rehearsals, and live troubleshooting
• Perform daily meeting room sweeps, preventive maintenance, and approved software and firmware updates
• Manage ServiceNow incidents and requests, maintaining accurate tickets and meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs
• Maintain AV inventory, asset records, and support documentation
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, installations, and escalations
• Collaborate with Facilities, business stakeholders, and global IT teams to resolve issues and improve service reliability

This role is responsible for providing dedicated audio-visual support for a variety of meeting environments, including executive and high-profile events. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, and AV hardware such as Crestron and Poly devices, ensuring seamless meeting experiences and reliable system performance., * Hands-on experience supporting AV systems and Microsoft Teams meeting environments

• Experience supporting live production environments, including event preparation, rehearsals, and real-time AV troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of Crestron, Poly, and basic AV networking
• Experience with ServiceNow, ticket ownership, SLAs, and service performance reporting
• Experience supporting executives and high-profile meetings with professionalism and discretion
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
