Job description
Configure and deploy payment terminals and gateways for merchant customers. Board approved merchants, conduct test transactions, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide remote customer support and installation guidance to help businesses begin accepting payments., * Board approved merchants in the proprietary software, including pricing profiles and reserves.
- Program payment terminals and conduct test transactions for merchant customers.
- Configure payment gateway profiles to support card-not-present transactions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and resolve client problems independently.
- Provide remote technical support to existing clients by phone and email.
- Guide new merchants through equipment installation, setup, and payment system training.
