This person will work across Family Dollar divisions to ensure the highest level of data integrity in all EDI systems., * Accountable for administration, maintenance, monitoring, and operational oversight of assigned software applications

- Use ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM platform for incident, request, problem, change, knowledge, and service-level processes as applicable
- Create and maintain technical support documentation, troubleshooting guides, dependency maps, operational procedures, and end-user knowledge that improve first-time resolution and reduce repeat support demand
- Support application changes, releases, upgrades, configuration changes, and project transitions into operations. Validate support readiness, monitoring, documentation, rollback expectations, and post-change stability
- Participate in Disaster Recovery and IT Business Continuity activities and help maintain operational readiness for business-critical supply chain services
- Meet technical and business SLAs and participate in an on-call rotation supporting a 24/7 multi-site distribution environment, including heightened support during peak retail periods.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in leading application maintenance activities including administering, maintaining, or troubleshooting production applications in a Senior Systems Analyst, or comparable role
- 5+ years of hands-on EDI/B2B integration experience, including production support and development or configuration responsibilities in a transaction-heavy enterprise environment; strong working knowledge of ANSI X12; and practical experience interpreting and troubleshooting envelopes, segments, loops, qualifiers, control numbers, and acknowledgements
- Hands-on experience creating or maintaining EDI maps, trading-partner configurations, routing, business processes or workflows, and production integrations using an enterprise B2B/EDI platform; demonstrated ability to trace transactions end to end across partner data, transport, mapping or transformation, platform processing, orchestration, and downstream applications
- Demonstrated troubleshooting ability across application, database, interface, file/batch, operating-system, network/connectivity, and upstream/downstream dependencies
- Working knowledge of SQL sufficient to query and validate production data, investigate transaction state, and support incident analysis
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and/or Linux environments and the ability to interpret logs, services/processes, scheduled jobs, files, and basic system health indicators
- Experience using ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM platform and practical understanding of incident, problem, change, request, escalation, and knowledge-management practices
- A self starter who has the ability to prioritize multiple issues, work independently when needed, follow controlled production procedures, and document troubleshooting and recovery actions clearly
- Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and provide occasional after-hours support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications:
- At least one year experience in the Retail operations support Industry
- Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and/or IBM Sterling File Gateway, including maps, business processes, partner configurations, routing, monitoring, and operational support

- Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), particularly carrier tender, shipment-status, or freight-invoice integrations, and transportation transaction sets such as EDI 204, 990, 214, and 210
- Broader experience with common retail and supply-chain EDI transaction sets, including purchase orders, purchase-order acknowledgements, advance ship notices, invoices, inventory or product activity, and related partner documents
- Experience with XML, flat files, APIs or web services, middleware or SOA, managed file transfer, and hybrid EDI and non-EDI integration patterns
- Experience with certificate lifecycle management, AS2 partner setup, encryption and signing concepts, and secure B2B connectivity using AS2, SFTP, FTP, or VAN-based transport
- Experience building EDI monitoring, alerting, reporting, scripts, or automation and analyzing transaction-volume and error trends to reduce manual support effort and improve partner quality
- Experience supporting Cloud or SaaS products and coordinating with external software or automation vendors
- Scripting or automation experience (for example PowerShell, Python, or comparable tools) used to improve monitoring, triage, reporting, or repetitive support work
- ITIL certification or demonstrated use of ITSM best practices
