Junior Network Technician (Entry Level)

We are looking for motivated individuals interested in starting a career in data centers, fiber optics, and networking. This is an entry-level, hands-on role supporting the installation and maintenance of fiber cabling, servers, and network equipment.

What You’ll Do:

• Install and route fiber optic and copper cabling
• Patch, trace, label, and organize fiber connections
• Rack and stack servers and network equipment
• Assist with switch and server installations
• Troubleshoot basic physical connectivity and cabling issues
• Stage and prepare hardware for deployment
• Follow cable maps and rack diagrams
• Maintain proper cable management
• Document completed work
• Learn data center and networking best practices from experienced technicians

• No data center experience required
• Interest in technology, networking, or fiber optics
• Basic computer knowledge
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing hands-on work
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Low-voltage, telecom, cabling, warehouse, or IT experience is a plus, Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
