• Supporting day-to-day HRIS reporting and analytics requests.
• Developing and maintaining complex reports using UKG Pro People Analytics.
• Setting up automated reports, alerts, and event-triggered notifications.
• Assisting with UKG Pro Workforce Management configuration.
• Managing HRIS-related cases and requests through ServiceNow and providing ongoing support for HRIS initiatives or acquisition projects.

• Highly proficient in Excel, including complex reporting and data analysis, with the ability to build and manage reports independently.
• Extensive experience with UKG Pro BI-People Analytics reporting and web imports.
• Knowledge of UKG Pro Workforce Management configuration.
• Experience creating multi-join reports, understanding of cardinality, burst reporting, and event studio alerts.
• Prior experience handling case management systems such as ServiceNow, with a focus on responding to reporting requests and case-based inquiries.
