Senior HRIS Analyst

• Support day-to-day reporting and analytics requests
• Develop and maintain complex UKG Pro reports
• Create multi-join reports and work with report cardinality, including 1:1, 1:0, and 1 relationships
• Work with burst reporting
• Create and manage Event Studio alerts
• Perform UKG Pro People Analytics reporting
• Perform UKG Pro web imports
• Provide general configuration support within UKG Pro Workforce Management
• Work cases through ServiceNow
