Quantum Computing Analyst

OSS is seeking a Quantum Computing Analyst. The work is based out of Knoxville, TN, on the University of Tennessee campus. The candidate will assist in the research and development of quantum computing algorithms and will evaluate quantum computing technologies for the application of military cargo transport problems.

• 1 to 3 years’ experience researching quantum computing or quantum machine learning technologies.
• US Citizenship - DoW Contractor - Clearance Eligibility is Required

Education and Certifications:

• Education: Master’s degree or higher in the field of Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or Engineering
• University of Tennessee, Knoxville student highly preferred, Required
• Masters or better in Computer Science

Preferred

• Doctorate or better in Computer Science or related field, * Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
• Team Player: Works well as a member of a group
