Data Quality Clerk - Remote

As a Remote Data Quality Clerk, your primary focus will be to verify, correct, and maintain data records to support smooth business operations. You will work closely with various teams to identify discrepancies, implement quality control measures, and ensure that all data entries meet established standards., Review and validate data entries for accuracy and completeness. Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data records. Maintain and update databases regularly to ensure data integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues. Generate reports on data quality metrics and improvement initiatives. Follow established procedures and guidelines for data handling and documentation. Assist in developing and implementing data quality control processes. Manage confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus. Proven experience in data entry, data quality, or administrative roles. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Proficiency with data management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel preferred). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
