Vice President, Application Technology Audit

BNY is seeking a senior technology audit leader to join its Internal Audit organization as Senior Vice President, Application Technology Audit. This role will lead complex technology audit initiatives across enterprise systems, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, data governance, and operational resiliency programs. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 12 15+ years of IT audit, cybersecurity, or technology risk experience Strong understanding of IT general controls, cybersecurity, cloud, and resiliency principles Proven experience leading enterprise technology audits Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead teams and manage complex project workflows Preferred Qualifications: Financial services or banking industry experience strongly preferred CISA, CISSP, CISM, or related certifications Big 4 consulting or large enterprise audit experience preferred Master’s degree is a plus This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term leadership potential.
