You will learn and apply AI in a real program setting, combining traditional program management with AI-enabled execution.Location: Irvine, CALevel: Manager / Senior ManagerSalary Range: $140K to $190KResponsibilities:Program ExecutionLead execution across Oracle Fusion ERP workstreams including Finance, Supply Chain, and cross-functional integrationsDrive end-to-end delivery from solution design through testing, cutover, and go-live readinessData and SystemsManage data migration and reconciliation, improving mapping accuracy and validation cycles using AI-assisted toolsSupport legacy system transition and modernization effortsPlanning and DependenciesFacilitate process discovery and requirements alignment, translating workflows into structured implementation plansOwn program planning and roadmap execution, including sequencing, milestone tracking, and scenario planningIdentify and manage cross-workstream dependenciesDelivery GovernanceManage boundary systems integration across enterprise applicationsOversee release management, environment readiness, and deployment coordination across DEV, SIT, UAT, and PRODAI in ExecutionAI is increasingly embedded in how delivery is executed across the program, including:Data migration and reconciliation workflowsLegacy system understanding and modernizationProcess discovery and planningDependency tracking and execution visibilityRequirements8+ years of experience in complex ERP or transformation programsAbility to operate across multiple teams and dependenciesStrong ownership and execution mindsetWillingness to learn and apply AI in delivery environmentsWhy This RoleThis is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of enterprise program execution and AI-enabled delivery, with direct exposure to how large-scale transformations are evolving.
