Senior MCS Solutions Engineer

IDR is seeking a Senior MCS Solutions Engineer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales and technical delivery teams to design, position, and support enterprise managed and cloud solutions. The organization is a leader in technology services, helping customers modernize infrastructure, strengthen cybersecurity, and improve business outcomes through scalable solutions., * Serve as a trusted technical advisor supporting enterprise customers throughout the sales lifecycle

• Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover business needs and translate them into solution designs
• Architect and present managed services solutions spanning cloud, networking, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and collaboration
• Build and deliver customer-facing presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and executive briefings
• Ensure smooth handoff from Sales to Delivery by documenting assumptions, risks, dependencies, and success criteria

Internet Security, Cloud Computing, Process Improvement, Technical Delivery, Technical Sales, Partner Sales, Technical Support, Sales Cycle, Technical Leadership, Product Demonstration, * 8+ years supporting strategic enterprise customers in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technology consulting

• Strong hands-on knowledge across cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and modern infrastructure concepts
• Proven ability to lead discovery, develop solution recommendations, and support complex enterprise sales cycles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for varied audiences
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, Operations, and Delivery teams
