Part-Time IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a Part-Time IT Support Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in San Clemente, CA. This role is ideal for a dependable, service-oriented IT professional who enjoys hands-on desktop support, Microsoft 365 administration, and helping users solve day-to-day technology issues., * Provide on-site technical support for computers, mobile devices, printers, software applications, connectivity issues, and general user technology needs.

• Administer Microsoft 365, including user accounts, email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licenses, multi-factor authentication, and access management.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, account permissions, equipment tracking, and recovery of company assets.
• Support Windows, macOS, and mobile devices while helping maintain updates, security standards, and user productivity.
• Troubleshoot basic network, Wi-Fi, VPN, and account access issues, escalating more complex items when needed.
