Job description

• Provide hands-on technical support for Windows and macOS computers
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
• Install, configure, repair, and modify computer hardware and software
• Support employee onboarding and technology equipment setup
• Manage computer equipment inventories and replacement schedules
• Assist with network administration and file-access permissions
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and completed work
• Deliver and install technology equipment for campus customers
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Participate in technology projects and system deployments
• Provide clear and professional communication to customers

Requirements

• Professional experience providing IT support to end users
• Strong Windows and macOS troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network technologies
• Experience with Active Directory and printer provisioning preferred
• Experience with endpoint management tools preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple technical requests and priorities
• Associate degree in a related field preferred
