Architecture & Delivery Partnership
- Engage early in program-level planning and solution reviews - shape direction while designs are forming
- Serve as a standing consultative resource for solution architects and front-end/UX engineers
- Arbitrate trade-offs between experience quality, platform constraints, and delivery timelines
Innovation Advocacy
- Champion emerging experience technology - CX, personalization, AI-assisted broker tools
- Sponsor POCs and pilots to de-risk new technology before enterprise-wide adoption
- Own intake/evaluation of new experience tools proposed by teams or vendors

- Maintain a pattern library, reference architecture, and ADRs for broker/customer experience components
- Promote API-first, headless, and modern integration patterns

- Embed security- and privacy-by-design principles with Information Security
- Track and mitigate technical debt within experience platforms
