Job description
Assembly Squad Remodeling is a Chicago design-build company. Since 2013 we have designed and built high-end kitchens, bathrooms, condos and whole homes across Chicago and the North Shore, many of them in downtown high-rise buildings. Every project starts with a consultation at our Lincoln Park studio, goes through a full design process with our Lead Interior Designer, and is built by our own trade crews under our Project Manager. IL License #TGC098779, BBB A+ rated.
We are busy and growing. We need one organized, warm, reliable person at the office who keeps the phone, the calendar, and the paperwork moving every day, so the owner, the designers, and the project manager can stay on the work.

Warm, clear phone manner and clean, simple writing
-
Comfortable with Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive, and quick to learn new software (we use our own project app, and we will train you)
-
Reliable, on time, and able to keep client information private
NICE TO HAVE
-
Experience working with Chicago condo building management
-
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Polish
Benefits & conditions
$24 to $28 per hour, based on experience
