IT Hardware Technician

Individuals are responsible to repair, stage, configure and QA IT hardware to stores and field service technicians. This position will also refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment. Constant walking and standing. Constant lifting less then 30lbs but occasionally lifting up to 80lbs with assistance., Administer asset tracking using client software systems. Provide staging, configuration and bench repairs of specific client store hardware. Process all applicable warranty claims. Accurately record all production details and inventory movements. Refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment.

Technical individual with 2 year technical school and/or experience preferred. Administrative computer skills, Word and Excel also preferred

Must Haves: Strong attentional to detail Must be able to multi-task Good mechanical aptitude Will train the right candidate how to do the job

Education High School Diploma or GED Technical certifications or education preferred

Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm safety sensitive Onsite as needed
