We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Hardware Repair & Refurbishment Technician to repair, stage, configure, and quality-check IT hardware. This role involves preparing equipment for deployment, refurbishing returned hardware, maintaining accurate inventory records, and processing warranty claims. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, can multitask effectively, and is comfortable working in a hands-on technical environment., * Stage, configure, test, and perform bench repairs on IT hardware.

• Refurbish and quality-check returned equipment.
• Maintain accurate asset tracking and inventory records using internal software systems.
• Document production details and inventory movements accurately.
• Process applicable hardware warranty claims.
• Prepare and organize equipment for store locations and field service technicians.
• Follow established quality assurance procedures and repair guidelines.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs with assistance.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records., * Two-year technical school education and/or relevant technical experience.
• Previous IT experience or hardware repair and refurbishment experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
