People Analytics Technical Lead

Technology

• Develop deep understanding of PS analytics technology investments, both back-end data flows and user experience

• Heavy interaction with peers and stakeholders (internal and external to DaVita)

• Ability to prioritize multiple asks and understand which business problems are most important for us to help solve

Data Management

• Responsible for ensuring data integrity across multiple systems

• Continuous oversight ensuring data processes (transformations, calculations, etc.) run as efficient as possible

Reporting

• Create and maintain self-service reporting model across our platforms

• Help report owners scope out needs and develop solutions to meet these needs

• Drive towards automation and self-service

Analytics

• Creativity to identify analytical tools suited to uncover new insights about our Teammates

Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Expert-level computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required

• Strong understanding of statistical and predictive modeling along with coding / modeling experience

• Knowledge of Workday data / reporting and database administration, Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $70,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year.
