Job description

As a Data Center HVAC Tech, you’ll be coming into a large-scale data center build where your day-to-day is hands-on HVAC work installing, starting up, and commissioning advanced cooling systems. This is not a repetitive service call position - you’ll be working on high-performance equipment in a mission-critical environment with a dedicated team, solving real problems as the site becomes operational. Long-term, this role will include maintenance and troubleshooting support within the facility so if you’re a HVAC professional who thrives in both building and supporting HVAC environments, this role is for you!, * Support installation, startup, and commissioning of HVAC systems within a large-scale facility build

  • Execute hands-on work across mechanical systems (air handlers, RTUs, etc.) during deployment and system bring-up
  • Perform preventive maintenance and ongoing system support as equipment comes online
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues in a live, high-visibility environment
  • Partner with onsite teams to support system readiness, testing, and issue resolution
  • Follow and execute against safety and operational protocols in a mission-critical environment

Requirements

Do you have experience in Mechanical troubleshooting?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * 1-6+ years supporting HVAC installation, startup, or maintenance - must have commercial or industrial environments (or related - non residential)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction and operational environment, supporting both buildout and ongoing system support
  • Hands-on experience working with mechanical HVAC systems (air handlers, rooftop units, or similar) and understanding of system components
  • Basic familiarity with digital controls, monitoring systems, or BMS tools to support system checks and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and documentation skills to track work performed, support commissioning, and escalate issues as needed, * How many years of Commercial or Industrial HVAC experience do you have?, * High school or equivalent (Required), * hands-on HVAC Technician: 1 year (Required)
