The role focuses on enhancing an integrated content creation ecosystem powered by Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and other enterprise applications. You will build scalable integrations, automate workflows, and improve connectivity between project management, digital asset management, content metadata, and CRM systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enable marketers and agency users to create, manage, and deliver marketing content more efficiently and cost-effectively.

What You’ll Do

Adobe Workfront Development & Administration

  • Administer and configure Adobe Workfront, including user management, permissions, project setup, and system configuration.
  • Customize Workfront by creating custom fields, forms, workflows, and project configurations based on business requirements.
  • Support Workfront capabilities such as task management, collaboration, workflow automation, and reporting.

Workfront Fusion & Integration Development

  • Design, develop, configure, and deploy integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Adobe Workfront, AEM, Salesforce CRM, WeChat, and other enterprise applications.
  • Configure integration scenarios, triggers, actions, data mappings, and automated workflows.
  • Develop and optimize REST/SOAP API integrations to enable seamless data exchange.
  • Analyze API documentation, system requirements, authentication mechanisms, and object references to design reliable integrations.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures, data synchronization issues, and workflow execution errors.
  • Develop scalable and reusable integration solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

Testing, Deployment & Support

  • Translate business requirements into technical integration designs and implementation plans.
  • Support integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify and resolve integration defects to ensure successful production deployments.
  • Monitor and maintain existing integrations, ensuring reliability, performance, and operational stability.
  • Provide post-deployment troubleshooting and production support.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and client representatives to understand integration requirements.
  • Communicate integration approaches, technical dependencies, and potential implementation risks.
  • Prepare technical documentation covering integration configurations, workflows, and API connectivity.
  • Demonstrate configured integrations and provide high-level training to client administrators.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing integrations between SaaS applications and enterprise web services.
  • Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms, preferably Adobe Workfront Fusion.

  • Experience administering and customizing Adobe Workfront, including users, permissions, custom forms, fields, and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion.
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and web service integration patterns.
  • Experience implementing API authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, HTTP Basic Authentication, and API keys.
  • Proficiency in handling data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and PDF.
  • Understanding of relational database structures, data arrays, collections, and data mapping.
  • Experience configuring triggers, actions, API calls, and automated integration workflows.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements and independently design, develop, test, deploy, and support integration solutions.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience integrating Adobe Workfront with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, WeChat, or other enterprise application integrations.
  • Exposure to other iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Tray.io, or Make (formerly Integromat).
  • Understanding of Content Supply Chain processes, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and marketing content workflows.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level workflow automation and content management platforms.
  • Exposure to integration monitoring, error handling, performance optimization, and production support.
