Support Analyst / IFS Cloud Analyst

• 3+ years of hands-on IFS ERP experience.
• Working knowledge of at least one or more IFS functional areas:
• Finance / Financials
• Projects / Project Management
• Field Service Management (FSM)
• Experience providing ERP application support or T1/T2 support.
• Experience with IFS Cloud preferred.
• Strong IFS Applications/on-premises experience will also be considered.
• Experience using JIRA for ticket and issue management.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to investigate problems independently before escalating.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to create clear SOPs and user-facing documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting IFS Cloud implementations or upgrades.
• Experience with IFS configuration and application enhancements.
• Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards.
• Experience in construction, MEP, field service, engineering, or project-driven organizations.
• Experience with ERP upgrade testing, regression testing, and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
