Java Microservices Developer

This organization is seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the development of an HR Employee Survey Platform. The successful candidate will design, build, and maintain robust application features to ensure high performance and reliability. This position requires collaboration with distributed teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment., * Develop application features using Java, J2EE, Webservices, and the Spring framework.

• Design and implement Microservices utilizing Spring Boot.
• Write test cases and perform thorough unit testing to ensure code quality.
• Utilize source control tools including SVN and GIT for version control.
• Collaborate and coordinate effectively with distributed team members.
• Manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and utilize JIRA for task tracking.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and take ownership of application delivery.

Experience: Hands-on working knowledge of Enterprise Java, J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate development.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, XML, and JavaScript. Understanding of OOP concepts and experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with ReactJS.
• Knowledge of Camunda BPM.
• Familiarity with Kafka.
