Program Management Analyst - IT PMO Support

Provide project coordination, reporting, analytical, and process improvement support for an ICE SEVP IT Program Management Office., * Track work assignments, milestones, project status, and deliverables.

• Prepare program reports, briefings, dashboards, and presentations.
• Support system, training, and help-text requirements and Agile user stories.
• Use SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Perform statistical analysis and data reviews to inform decisions.
• Recommend improvements to IT project management processes.
• Support project risk identification, tracking, and mitigation.
• Work independently with federal and contractor stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least three years of experience in Agile requirements writing and/or project management, subject to applicable PWS education
• equivalencies.
• Extensive SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft Office experience.
• Statistical analysis, data review, project reporting, and risk management knowledge., * PMP, CAPM, or another professional program management certification.
• Confluence, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Team Foundation Server.
• Agile methodology and federal IT program experience
