Your Impact

• Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillars: Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Focused Improvement
• Apply Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) to optimize strategies and extend asset life
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and FMEA to solve chronic issues and boost reliability
• Champion condition-based monitoring (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis) for early failure detection
• Influence capital projects with a focus on long-term reliability and maintainability
• Coach teams on TPM and RCM principles to build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement

Reliability Engineering, Predictive Modeling, Failure Analysis, Total Productive Maintenance, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving Skills, Analysis Skills, Capital Project, * B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)

• 5+ years of maintenance experience; 0-2 years of engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with TPM and RCM in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical and controls experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CMMS (SAP preferred)
• Lean manufacturing skills (Kaizen, 5S, waste identification)
• Analytical mindset, safety focus, and ability to thrive under pressure

• Work on complex systems that demand precision and innovation
• Apply data-driven reliability techniques to solve real-world challenges
• Influence strategic decisions and shape maintenance best practices
• Collaborate with global experts and gain exposure to cutting-edge technology
