Reliability Engineer

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Reliability Engineer to drive equipment performance, asset reliability, and continuous improvement across a high-volume production facility. This is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on plant operations while working cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, and production teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
• Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Analyze equipment failures and implement long-term solutions
• Support capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Track and improve asset performance metrics, including OEE
• Partner with maintenance and operations teams to enhance plant performance

• Reliability, maintenance, or manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience with reliability tools such as FMEA, RCFA, or RCM
• Strong data analysis skills, ideally with Excel and SAP
• Knowledge of rotating equipment and predictive maintenance techniques
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
