Job description

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows operating systems, network connectivity, and printing issues.
• Provide onsite and remote desktop technical support.
• Perform computer imaging and equipment deployment.
• Maintain and improve overall computer performance.
• Support end users with IT-related issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of IT troubleshooting experience with Windows.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• CompTIA A+ certification Required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
