eCommerce & Digital Client Experience Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative eCommerce & Digital Client Experience Specialist to elevate our online presence and deliver exceptional digital experiences for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our eCommerce platforms, developing engaging digital content, and executing targeted marketing campaigns across various channels. • Primary Digital Client Contact & Engagement: Serve as the lead front-line representative for all digital customer inquiries, handling omnichannel communications (live chat, email, social media DMs, and digital ticket escalations) with high responsiveness and service excellence.
• Client Relationship & Issue Resolution: Independently resolve order inquiries, product guidance, returns, exchanges, and post-purchase issues to drive high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and repeat purchases.
• Digital Catalog & Site Operations: Manage daily website operations, product catalog updates, pricing, and inventory tracking across platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon).
• Merchandising & Content Optimization: Optimize product listings (SEO, imagery, product descriptions, A+ content) based on client feedback and behavioral analytics.
• Cross-Functional Logistics Support: Coordinate directly with fulfillment and logistics partners to monitor order status, resolve shipment delays, and improve the end-to-end customer journey.
• Client Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze recurring customer feedback and inquiries to propose site improvements, FAQ updates, and product merchandising adjustments to management.

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on eCommerce platforms and client experience enhancement.
• Strong proficiency in SEO tools, web analytics reporting (Google Analytics), Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with paid advertising campaign management across Google Ads/Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other social media advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of content creation strategies for websites, email marketing, social media marketing, and digital campaign setup.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools to interpret data insights for continuous improvement of digital initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams to develop innovative digital solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
