Senior AI/ML Agentic Developer

The role is part of the Wealth Management team, focusing on a global KYC project involving the development of an Agentic KYC platform. The key initiative is modernizing the KYC platform, building it from scratch and taking it end-to-end into production. Key Responsibilities

• Development experience in financial services, KYC, or related domains is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong AI/ML experience and understanding of agentic platforms
• Knowledge of platform integrations and building agentic workflows
• Experience or familiarity with LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks
• Ability to work with legacy systems while modernizing the platform

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Proven experience designing, training, and deploying large-scale ML/AI models in production environments.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and orchestration frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Ray, Slurm).
• Solid grasp of MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, model monitoring, CI/CD for ML).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership in working effectively with engineers, product managers, and other ML practitioners.
• Experience applying data science and ML techniques to solve business problems.
• Passion for detail, follow-through, and technical excellence.
