Job description

DYPER is seeking an experienced E-Commerce CRO & Data Analytics Manager to optimize our online customer experience, improve conversion rates, and accelerate growth across our subscription-based DTC business.

This is a highly hands-on position for someone who understands the mechanics of e-commerce, is comfortable working directly within multiple platforms, and knows how to turn data into actionable improvements.

The ideal candidate has direct experience in subscription-based consumer products, particularly businesses with recurring purchases and replenishment models. You understand the entire customer journey-from initial acquisition and conversion through subscription management, retention, and lifetime value.

This is not a role focused solely on developing strategies or managing outside resources. We need someone who enjoys being in the weeds: analyzing data, identifying problems, testing solutions, implementing improvements, and measuring results.

You will work closely with our leadership team, creative and marketing partners, and external technical resources to improve the performance of our e-commerce business., Conversion Rate Optimization & E-Commerce Performance

  • Own and execute DYPER’s conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives across our DTC website and subscription customer journey.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates, subscription sign-ups, funnel performance, and customer experience.
  • Develop, execute, and evaluate A/B testing and other experiments involving landing pages, product offers, imagery, messaging, calls to action, and subscription flows.
  • Analyze customer behavior to identify friction points, abandoned purchases, and opportunities to improve conversion.
  • Recommend and implement practical solutions that improve the customer experience and drive measurable business results.

Data Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Work directly with data from Shopify, SKIO, Klaviyo, Meta, Google, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Consolidate information across platforms to evaluate customer acquisition, conversion, subscription performance, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear visibility into business performance.
  • Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate complex data into practical recommendations and clearly communicate findings to leadership.
  • Monitor the impact of implemented changes and continuously refine strategies based on results.
  • Subscription Growth & Customer Retention
  • Analyze subscriber acquisition, onboarding, retention, and cancellation behavior.
  • Identify opportunities to improve subscription conversion, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Evaluate subscription offers, customer incentives, and purchasing behavior to support profitable growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and lifecycle teams to improve customer engagement and the overall subscription experience.
  • Support improvements to subscription functionality, customer journeys, and user experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

  • Partner closely with leadership, marketing, creative, UI/UX, and external development resources to execute initiatives.
  • Work with technical partners to improve tracking, analytics accuracy, testing capabilities, and reporting.
  • Take ownership of projects from initial analysis through implementation and follow-up.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and available resources.
  • Proactively identify challenges, recommend solutions, and take action without waiting for extensive direction.
  • Remain flexible and willing to support related e-commerce initiatives as business needs evolve., Success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver meaningful improvements in:
  • Website and subscription conversion rates
  • E-commerce funnel performance and customer experience
  • Subscriber acquisition and retention
  • Customer lifetime value and reduced churn
  • Effectiveness of CRO testing and optimization initiatives
  • Accuracy, accessibility, and usefulness of performance reporting
  • Timely implementation of initiatives that support profitable growth

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience, preferably within a DTC consumer products business.
  • Direct experience working with subscription-based e-commerce businesses and recurring revenue models.
  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify and subscription platforms such as SKIO or Recharge.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or comparable lifecycle marketing platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing CRO initiatives, A/B testing, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work directly with data from multiple platforms, including Shopify, Meta, Google, and Amazon.
  • Understanding of subscriber acquisition, conversion, retention, churn, and customer lifetime value.
  • Ability to independently identify opportunities, develop solutions, execute improvements, and evaluate results.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small, fast-paced company where priorities may shift.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with consumer products involving frequent or recurring purchases, such as baby products, pet products, food, wellness, or other replenishment-based categories.
  • Experience developing performance dashboards and improving data tracking and reporting.
  • Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers, developers, and external marketing agencies.
  • Familiarity with Amazon performance data and its relationship to broader DTC business performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Have you personally analyzed and consolidated performance data from multiple e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Meta, Google Analytics, Amazon or Klaviyo?
  • Are you able to work at our Chandler location 2-3 days per week?
  • Are you seeking full-time employment?
