IT Solutions Engineer

In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is responsible for providing support to our sales team by serving as a technical resource during sales calls both by phone and onsite. Additional responsibilities also include conducting on-site walk throughs for information gathering, designing IT solutions, coordination with the installation teams regarding the designed solution, coordinating with manufacturers regarding software/hardware required for IT solutions., * Develop and maintain standardized solutions designs.

• Work directly with the sales team to best meet customer needs.
• Review existing customer environments and make recommendations for potential opportunities.
• Write statements of work based on designed solution sets.
• Collaborate with project management and installation teams to ensure smooth installations based on designed solutions.
• Work within ticketing system for note taking, collaboration, and scheduling.

• Ability to commute to work on a daily basis (onsite position M-F, St. Peter’s, MO)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the IT industry
• Preferred experience with MSP industry.
• Expertise in systems, networking, and cloud-based solutions., * Server Solution Design: 5 years (Preferred)
