Sr. Manager, Technical Program Manager, Alexa Connections

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and grow a team of 10+ TPMs
• Drive end-to-end program execution (strategy launch flywheel)
• Partner with Engineering, Product, UX, and leadership
• Own roadmap prioritization and portfolio management
• Deliver scalable processes for agility, quality, and execution
• Manage executive communication and stakeholder alignment

About the team Alexa Connections is a highly distributed team across six Amazon approved sites. We have industry experts in real time communications, computer vision, media processing, consumer facing UX. We imbibe Amazon’s Leadership Principles, hold each other accountable and have lots of fun while building a product billions of our users love. You will constantly help us foster a culture where everyone can do their best work.

• Expertise operating as AI Native TPM with passion for LLMs, AI/AGI, and customer-facing innovation
• Strong experience in Technical Program Management leadership
• Track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs
• Expertise in stakeholder management and executive communication
• Data-driven, systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity, * 7+ years of people management experience
• 7+ years of technical program management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Experience in people management
• Experience in technical program management
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules, * 7+ years of work in internet-related program or technical product management in a software applications environment experience
• Knowledge of cloud computing services or deployment architecture
• Experience working in an internet-related program or technical product management in a software applications environment
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
• Experience with agile or other program management methodologies
• Master’s degree or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
