Sr. Principal Program Manager (Cyber/Infra)

This Sr. IT Program Manager will lead a portfolio of cybersecurity and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring projects remain aligned to business objectives, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes. On a day-to-day basis, they will coordinate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to manage risks, dependencies, vendor activities, and program deliverables. The role is heavily focused on driving cybersecurity programs, executive stakeholder engagement, governance, and benefit realization while providing oversight of infrastructure modernization efforts such as cloud, network, and disaster recovery initiatives. They will be responsible for executive reporting, steering committee support, budget management, and escalation resolution to ensure successful program execution. This individual will also partner closely with project managers and vendors to remove roadblocks, maintain alignment across workstreams, and deliver measurable business value.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in project and program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. -Bachelors Degree -Proficiency in project management software and tools. -Proficiency in project and business financials. Masters Degree PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable.
