Salesforce Technical Lead - Agentforce / Sales & Service Cloud

• Lead hands-on Salesforce development and implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Design, develop, and configure Salesforce Agentforce solutions to support intelligent automation and AI-powered customer interactions.
• Implement Salesforce features, workflows, and business processes aligned with sales and customer service requirements.
• Develop scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions using platform capabilities and appropriate development practices.
• Leverage Salesforce Einstein AI and Data Cloud to support intelligent automation, data-driven workflows, and personalized customer experiences.
• Provide technical guidance to developers, conduct code reviews, and promote Salesforce development best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support Salesforce integrations, data flows, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities.
• Identify technical challenges, recommend solutions, and ensure quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Coordinate development activities and contribute to technical planning, estimation, and delivery within the project timeline.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong hands-on development expertise in Salesforce Agentforce, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will combine technical leadership with practical development skills to design, build, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions incorporating AI-driven capabilities.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can guide development activities, contribute to solution architecture, integrate Salesforce AI and data capabilities, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Candidates should have strong experience with Salesforce platform development and a demonstrated ability to implement Agentforce capabilities within sales and service workflows., * 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development, implementation, and technical delivery.

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
• Extensive experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce platform development, configuration, customization, and integration.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities, including Einstein AI.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and its role in enabling AI-driven customer experiences.
• Experience leading technical development activities and mentoring Salesforce developers.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative delivery team., * Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Salesforce reporting, and analytics capabilities.
• Experience implementing AI-powered solutions and integrating Salesforce data capabilities into business workflows.
• Salesforce certifications related to development, architecture, Agentforce, or relevant Salesforce clouds are a plus.
