Agentforce Developer - Data Cloud - TREAS

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for developing Agentforce capabilities, configuring AI-driven experiences, and building custom Salesforce functionality using Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.

The ideal candidate is a strong Salesforce developer with hands-on experience with Agentforce and Prompt Builder, along with the ability to integrate AI capabilities into scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions. Build and optimize AI-powered agents, actions, prompts, and workflows using Agentforce and Prompt Builder. Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow. Configure agent actions and automation to support complex business processes and user experiences. Integrate Agentforce capabilities with existing Salesforce applications, APIs, data, and business processes. Participate in the full development lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Collaborate with architects, functional teams, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Apply Salesforce development best practices related to security, performance, maintainability, and reusable architecture. Support integration of Salesforce Data Cloud with Agentforce solutions where applicable. Troubleshoot and optimize Agentforce behavior, prompts, automation, Apex, and integrations.

Skills and Requirements

• Salesforce Data Cloud Cert
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1)
• Hands-on experience developing solutions with Salesforce Agentforce
• Experience with Prompt Builder and Salesforce AI capabilities
• Strong experience with Apex
• Strong experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce Flow
• Understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data models, integrations, and development best practices
• Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions in collaborative development environments
• Previous hands-on Agentforce implementation or delivery experience
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
• Experience integrating Data Cloud data and insights into Agentforce use cases
• Federal or government Salesforce delivery experience strongly preferred
• Experience working within complex, regulated, or large-scale enterprise environments
