IT Data Analyst

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large sets of data to support business decision-making. This role interprets data, identifies trends, and provides actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and visualizations. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across systems., * Collect, analyze, and interpret structured and unstructured data from multiple sources

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or Tableau
• Work closely with stakeholders to define key metrics, data needs, and reporting requirements
• Ensure data integrity and perform routine data validation and quality checks
• Translate complex data into understandable formats for business users and leadership
• Create and document data models, workflows, and reporting processes
• Support data governance and standardization initiatives Assist in automating data collection and reporting processes
• Collaborate with IT to ensure proper data architecture, integrations, and security

• Usage and engagement with dashboards and reporting tools, * Internal: Collaborates closely with teams across operations, finance, sales, and leadership
• External: May interface with vendors or platforms for data tools and integrations

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field preferred, * 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role

• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience working with databases, APIs, and large data sets
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, * Business Insight: Ability to align data analysis with organizational goals and key performance metrics
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in handling large data sets and developing automated reporting solutions
• Communication: Capable of delivering insights in a clear, concise, and actionable format for non-technical audiences
