Mountain Country Foods - Oklahoma is a dog treat co-manufacturer seeking an Information Specialist to help our team be on the forefront of manufacturing technology and be help with improvement to our tech infrastructure and systems we rely on 24 hours-a-day & 7 days-a-week. This individual will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, supporting employees, and continuous improvement. The employee will be responsible for assisting employees with troubleshooting and technical support around the facility. The IT Specialist will install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and cloud environments. This employee will also interact with vendors, service providers, and customers., * Day-to-day technical support
- Serve as an approachable and trustworthy resource for employees
- System administration; including servers and cloud environments
- Network Maintenance; including LAN/WAN
- Cyber Security: implement data protection resources, manage firewalls, run anti-virus software, and enforce access-user controls
- Administer and support SQL Database operations
- User onboarding with setting up workstations, creating user accounts, providing training on new technologies, and security protocols.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Teamwork?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field - OR equivalent hands-on professional experience
- Windows Server Operating Systems knowledge
- Ability to be resourceful and ability to troubleshoot quickly
- Ability to communicate to a non-technical staff in an effective and non-threatening manner
- Ability to communicate with a wide variety of diverse personalities and a large range of projects
- Discreet and trustworthy - you’ll handle sensitive and confidential information daily
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear, professional communicator - both written and verbal
- Collaborative and personable, with a genuine interest in supporting people
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year, * 401(k) matching
