You’ll provide delivery excellence leadership across teams and act as a trusted advisor to senior delivery and business leaders on workforce strategy and operational performance. The team relies on your experience to govern complexity, resolve escalations, and sustain delivery standards. You have extensive experience leading services delivery excellence programs across large, complex delivery organizations.
