ERP Implementation Project Manager

Key responsibilities: As a Project Manager within Aptean’s Professional Services organization, you are responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of Aptean solutions-owning scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment from initiation through go-live and stabilization. You drive execution across cross-functional teams (services, product, sales, CoE, SRE, support and pthers) using Aptean’s ERP implementation methodology, ensuring contractual compliance and measurable value realization. You serve as the single point of accountability to the customer sponsor, translating business objectives into executable plans, managing change with discipline, and reporting progress through transparent, outcome-oriented project governance.

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, * Experience: 3-5 years in ERP implementation, with a preference for Business Central or similar ERP systems in the food industry or related sectors.

• Technical Acumen: Knowledge of ERPs like Netsuite, Epicor, SAP, D365, etc.
• Project Management Prowess: Proficient in managing 5-10 projects, each spanning 6-18 months.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated capability in leading project teams.
• Communication Skills: Strong in both customer-facing and internal communications.
• Proactive Approach: Exceptional at managing customer relationships and internal resources.
• Adaptability: Able to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing environments.
