Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Our work includes media & entertainment facilities, corporate interiors, multifamily residential, high-end residential, renovations, and new construction projects throughout New York City and beyond.

We are looking for a motivated professional with 5+ years of experience who combines:

Strong design ability

BIM / technical production skills

Client-facing confidence

Leadership potential

Desire to grow quickly into project management

Responsibilities

Design concepts, presentations, and client materials
BIM / construction documentation
Consultant coordination
Client and team meetings
Project scheduling and management support
Technical detailing and problem solving, * Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
5+ years experience
Strong proficiency in:
Revit + ArchiCAD (preferred)
SketchUp
Enscape
Adobe Creative Suite
Microsoft Office
