Requirements

COOKFOX Architects is seeking a passionate and proactive Intermediate Architect with excellent design skills, a minimum of 6 years of professional experience, and a strong working knowledge of Revit. Some multi-family residential experience preferred. Candidates should have an interest in working in a collaborative studio environment, and an enthusiasm for environmental sustainability and social equity., * 6 or more years of professional experience (post-grad), multi-family residential projects a plus

  • Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • Strong design background with the ability to develop architectural design concepts
  • Working knowledge of Revit and Adobe Suite required; proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3DMax a plus
  • Comfortable in all project phases, with knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations
  • Management and leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor architectural staff
  • Experience in working with diverse clients, consultants, and vendors
  • Organized with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated, collaborative, with desire to work in a fast-paced environment
