IT Help Desk Technician

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Technical user customer support?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Must have a minimum of a high school diploma/GED or transcripts.

• 1+ year of help desk experience in an information technology position.
• A+ and Network+ certifications are preferred.
• To perform this job successfully, you must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
• This position will require driving. To meet driving qualifications, you must have a current/valid driver’s license, be a minimum age of 21, and have an insurable driving record., * High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• IT help desk: 1 year (Required)
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
