IT-Technical Support Specialist

• Performs troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common client problems.
• Installs, upgrades, and configures client computers hardware and software
• Assisting faculty with classroom software and hardware including but not limited to Google Apps for Education, Microsoft Office, PowerSchool, Document cameras, Interactive Displays
• Works independently and follows documentation processes
• Preserves network security by maintaining records of user access. Educates users about security best practices, and investigate any concerns as they arise.
• Creates and maintains support documentation for IT Team, + Performs other duties required by Supervisor

• Associates degree in computer science preferred or in related field and/or experience that sufficiently demonstrates ability to analyze and solve software application problems, communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service
• Experience working with computers
• In depth knowledge of database structure
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good problem-solving and prioritization abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multitask
• Knowledge of software support methodologies and educational industry is preferred, but not required
• Web 2.0 Applications
• Knowledge of WAN/LAN
• Knowledge in Microsoft office, Server 2016, Server 2019, Windows 11, MacOS, iOS & ChromeOS
• Have the ability to work with and help train users.
• Dependable, quick learner, adaptable

This is a year round, full benefit position which offers medical, dental, FSA, LTD, NH Retirement Pension System, Life insurances as well as paid leave. 55k-65k based on experience.
