Job description

• Develop and execute social media plans aligned with corporate communications, marketing campaigns, product launches, motorsports activities, and employer branding initiatives.
• Build monthly content calendars.
• Recommend channel-specific strategies
• Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
• Coordinate content production with internal teams, agencies, photographers, and videographers.
• Support coverage of trade shows, motorsports events, product launches, media events, and corporate activities.
• Manage relationships with influencers and strategic partners.
• Capture and publish real-time content from key events.
• Ensure all content reflects brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity standards.
• Track and analyze platform performance, audience growth, engagement rates, reach, and content effectiveness.
• Provide monthly performance reports and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of social media, digital marketing, or communications experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing corporate social media accounts.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, or similar platforms.
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
• Photography and video production experience .
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage effectively multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Accustomed to working within an international team.
• Travelling (30%) is required.
