Job description

  • Use Python to support data analysis, reporting, automation, and troubleshooting.
  • Acquire data from primary and secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.
  • Clean, filter, validate, and organize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Review reports, system outputs, and performance indicators to identify and correct data or code-related issues.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
  • Interpret data and provide ongoing reports using statistical techniques.
  • Support troubleshooting for a complex, non-standard system.
  • Learn system processes, workflows, and data structures quickly.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve issues and improve reporting accuracy.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst II with 3-5 years of experience to support data analysis, reporting, database maintenance, and system troubleshooting. The primary requirement for this role is strong Python experience , as the selected candidate will help manage a complex and non-standard system.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable learning new systems, troubleshooting issues, working with complex datasets, and identifying trends or patterns in data. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn are must-haves for success in this role., * 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, database support, or related work.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Python is required.
  • Ability to learn and troubleshoot complex, non-standard systems.
  • Experience collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, R, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
  • Experience supporting data quality, reporting automation, or system troubleshooting.
